I offer therapy and counseling to help individuals and couples with relationships and communication. I also help people to improve mood, meaning, connection, and sense of self in self-empowering ways.
I am human and down to earth. I don't mystify therapy. I am open to using different approaches. Whatever, in the end, is therapeutic.
I am conveniently located in Brattleboro, VT., which is close to where Vermont, Massachusetts, and New Hampshire meet. If you wish to work remotely by phone or some electronic means, my VT License allows me to serve anyone within the state of VT.
Depending on your particular health plan, you may be able to use it for our sessions. I am a provider with most plans. This is something we can talk about.
I appreciate the possibility of helping someone out in some way. I also enjoy the sharing and the mutual learning that happens during sessions.
