As a former division 1 swimmer I know the technical side as well as the beginning stages of swimming! I have coached on swim team as well as having experience in group and private lessons. Through my experiences as a swimmer and coach I am prepared to help you start to swim or improve your swimming with a keen eye on technique that will help you learn faster and move more efficiently for the long term. Correct technique will also help reduce injuries down the road.
