Hey, there! My name is Kristy. I'm a Certified Exercise Physiologist, a Certified Craniosacral Therapist, and Licensed Soccer Coach. I've been working in the clinical setting for the majority of my career but decided to launch my own business, Balance to Thrive in Wellness, to be able to reach more people and reduce barriers to care. I strive to make my services as accessible as possible, so I focus on bodyweight/calisthenic movement and offer virtual services anywhere in the USA and mobile services in Chittenden County, Vermont.
My passion is helping individuals who have, or are at risk of having, chronic health conditions (think about those vitals taken at your doctors office) take back control of their life and health. My favorite diagnosis to treat is high blood pressure, but don’t worry, I work with other diagnoses too! I do this through clinically researched programming in combination with your personal interests and lifestyle.
My goal is to cultivate a space where anyone, no matter where they are in their journey, feels inspired to not only take the first steps, but become empowered to make the true lifestyle changes needed for sustained change and getting back to the things that you love. I do not believe that a one-size-fits-all approach works long term, nor do I believe that a diagnosis, or pending diagnosis, has to determine your fate.
