Hi Everyone! I have 20+ years’ experience and demonstrated expertise in life coaching and behavioral health and I’m a United States armed forces veteran. I specialize in communication, relationship, couples & marriage coaching and working with symptoms of anxiety, depression, addiction, trauma, ADHD, PTSD. I am certified in CBT and DBT and several other evidence based treatment methods. I use a neurological and holistic healing approach to support clients in rapidly alleviating highly resistant symptoms. Clients are often able to alleviate symptoms within 30 days and achieve symptom remission between 3-6 months.
Everything we think, feel, do and experience is a neurochemical process in our central nervous system. As an unconventional provider, I use holistic approaching to healing the mind, body and spirit that often results in significant changes in brain performance and improvement in relationships and daily functioning with minimal effort and time.
Through empathetic communication and interactive prompting, we are able to enhance your brain performance, often with minimal awareness or effort on your part. I work with children, adolescents and adults. So whether you are struggling with symptoms, or would just like a supportive person to talk with, we will achieve your desired goals.
