Tim Grunhard, starting center for the Kansas City Chiefs ('90-'00) explores the many highs and lows of Chiefs football in the 90’s. Through Martyball, heart-stopping wins and heart-breaking losses, Tim was literally the CENTER of it all. He and his teammates laid the foundation for the domain now known as Chiefs Kingdom. Throughout his speeches are personal anecdotes and behind-the-curtain stories that all Chiefs fans will love. His speaking engagements touch on his personal life, from upbringing to post-NFL life, as well as the often brutal but always worthwhile struggles of Chiefs football in the 90’s. Tim and his teammates are the reason many Chiefs fans are still fans today – they changed the culture. They showed tenacity, ferocity, and yet managed to serve the Kansas City community in a way that hadn’t been seen before by any team. Throughout his storytelling, he will captivate audiences and promote teamwork, leadership and optimism within any group.
