I've been an athlete my entire my life and I understand that it's all about the process. I take a similar approach when it comes to personal training. Everyone has a goal but needs help figuring out how to get there. I'm a master of identifying areas of improvement in relation to exercise, nutrition, and wellness, that will get you to your goals efficiently.
I started interning in a strength and conditioning department, coaching college athletes. I spent 2013-2018 at Equinox working my way up to a Tier X Coach. I used my advance education and experience working with world class athletes and applying it to one on one training in NYC. I specialize in strength and conditioning, mobility, weight loss, as well as preparation for any event/competition.
