About

We are an Empowerment focused Self Defense academy in Milwaukie area of Oregon.

We’ve been offering our self defense survival tactic training since 2014

In 2019 we reduced cost of training services in order to regrow enrollment after we moved locations.

In 2020 due to Corona virus; Sensei Mitchell transitioned students to youtube level 1 training content and ; Zoom check in classes to help with questions during this pandemic, so everyone can truly be successful in this program.

When we reopen; all zoom students will be given rank assessment testing to transition into regular classes.
