I am a retired general contractor back to offer my service to perspective or existing home owners to build or remodel your dream home. My services consist of new construction, remodels, additions and insurance repairs. I am also offering my services as a liaison to those wanting to build their own home. The services consist of advising and or walking you through all stages of new home construction. I will sit with you and design a home and find a good draftsman to draw the plans and also help you obtain your building permits. I will help you find good and inexpensive sub-contractors and oversee all stages of construction. I will call for and be present for all inspections, and be at the job site as often as necessary from start to finish of your home.
