Hello! My name is Astrid my journey as a yoga practitioner began more than 12 years and I recently got my YTT 200 and now I have the oportunity to share this path that has helped me in so many ways. I offer you a practice designed for your needs and goals on the mat and out of the mat. Yoga main goal is to give special maintenance, nurture and care to our body and mind through physical practice plus a well designed meditation. I would be more than happy to show you the basics and develope with you your own practice.
