Chrissy (she/her) is an outgoing and personable yoga teacher. Outside from yoga, she loves reading, being outside, cooking, painting, learning to play the bass guitar, and writing poetry.

Chrissy started practicing yoga in her early twenties. She traveled to Bali, Indonesia to complete a 200hr teacher training that focused on vinyasa yoga. Chrissy is always continuing her education, through reading books, taking courses and trainings, and practicing. It is very important to Chrissy to to be mindful and honor yoga’s roots.

Chrissy loves the relationships she builds through teaching private yoga classes in New Orleans. She enjoys planning unique classes for her diverse clients. Chrissy feels lucky to be doing what she loves everyday and sharing the abundant practice of yoga with others.
