My main focus is sharing how Yoga can be used in all aspects of life. I teach individuals of all ages how to use the practice of Yoga to benefit them; by learning breathing techniques to self sooth and regulate emotions, how to stretch to support our more sedentary lifestyle, and how to encourage use of meditative practices in daily life. I teach a combination of styles to offer the results you want with the least amount of risk. I am listed on Yoga Alliance as a certified 500 RYT.
